A Good Deed To Recognize A Hardworking Tailor in Mumbai, India

Robert, our family tailor in India, provides a service that leaves a lasting impression. When it comes to sewing, he can fix anything within a quick turnaround and for a fair price. He makes the customer feel like his top priority and every interaction is complimented with a genuine smile. Robert is the kind of worker that I admire, embodying characteristics of passion, work ethic, mastery and simplicity. Robert has a moderate workshop, crammed behind a stairwell in a building lost in a non-commercial gully off the main road. His business stood the test of time and has grown organically through word of mouth of his superior craft. While in India, Mahera Khanshab and I felt the urge to provide Robert with some unconditional recognition, so we made him a sign for his store, simply because we thought he deserved it. I’m sharing this story with the intent to be a motivational catalyst for others to provide good deeds. Together, as a united force, we acted on empathy and showcased community support by graciously donating $3,400 to Bill's memorial fund as a token to his family. Together, a group of friends priortized the well being of Bill's younger sibling and one of my best friends, Dan Haggerty. A getaway in the mountains offered him a moment of peace by riding his late brother's board on the slopes. Together, we offered strength and solace to the Haggerty family during this tragic time. Together, our intrinisc motivation to uplift the Haggertys led to small acts of kindness that had a multiplier effect to the love and support we provided. Since the start of the pandemic, I've made it a point to prioritize wellness, which is not only personally rewarding but also enables me to stay balanced for my family in these unprecedented times. Over the past 4 months, I've lost 20lbs and improved my quality of life by refining my nutrition and fitness routine. The most rewarding part is becoming the motivational catalyst for Mahera Khanshab to take on a similar feat. Much of my recent lifestyle transformation can be attributed to my trainer, Nick Bardsley. Werkdout training was born out of the idea that he could help more people stay active during the pandemic lockdown by providing live home workouts free of charge for 3 months. In Memory of Dear Christina Saragaglia

I want to thank everyone who participated in the fundraiser for Christina Saragaglia . It has been an amazing effort that we should feel proud of. I remember waking up in the middle of the night staring at the ceiling thinking about Christina and her family. I was apprehensive to the idea of reaching out to the community in search of support for this cause. I went with my gut feeling and the community response was an overwhelming positive energy during a time of unexplicable grief.
